Workplace Gender Equality Compliance

Under the Workplace Gender Equality (WGEA) Act 2012, Encore IT, as an employer with 100 or more workers, is obliged to submit an annual WGEA report.   In accordance with the Act, Encore IT completed its 2022/23 submission and is pleased to make the compliance certificate and associated documentation available for public viewing.
