We understand that you don’t want to pay an agency for work they haven’t done. On top of our already low fees, we will offer you a discount if you Bring Your Own Job to us.
Price Match Guarantee
If we are not the best deal that you can find, we will match the advertised overall package price and conditions of any competitor with access to the same contract opportunity.
Referral Bonus Scheme
We appreciate word-of-mouth referrals. Existing Encore IT contractors may receive a bonus payment for referred colleagues who bring their own job to us.

No Restraint/Restriction
We do not have restraint/restriction/non-compete clauses in any of our contracts – you are free to leave at any time, but we believe that you will stay because of the exceptional service you receive whilst with Encore IT.

As a well-established supplier to government, we are able to provide contractors with access to a large number of contract opportunities over a wide range of skill sets to capital cities and regional locations across Australia. Remote working and hybrid arrangements also possible, depending on the clients’ requirements.

Choice of payment processing options with super fast flexible turnaround
We offer straightforward low cost PAYG processing, or if you prefer, we can discuss the use of a 3rd party payroll management provider.
Either way, our payment processing is highly efficient with no fixed deadlines. We process payments every working day of the week, not just one day a month.
Timesheets (and invoices where relevant) received before 12 pm will be processed that day by overnight EFT. Those after 12 pm will go in the following day’s run.
