We operate from a suburban office in Canberra and we don’t spend money on excessive advertising. Keeping our fees low creates a win-win situation for our contractors and government clients alike. We will match any competitor’s advertised or written price and conditions for the same role.

Cost effective payroll management – you choose what’s best for you
Flat fee margins aren’t everything! Unlike some of our competitors we tell you upfront that payroll management is a separate component that you need to consider. With Encore you can choose to use a 3rd party provider OR you can allow us to value add by using our excellent low-cost service. For a fee of 1.05% for PAYG processing including Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance and then plus Workers Compensation insurance (0.3% – 1.5% Workers Compensation varies widely depending on the juridiction(s) in which you will be based – please call to discuss further). Contractors can also have their choice of payment frequency: fortnightly or monthly.
Super-fast flexible payment processing
Whether you are a PAYG contractor or Encore or use 3rd party to manage your payroll, either way our payment processing is highly efficient and best of all there are no fixed deadlines. Our dedicated Finance Team process payments every single working day of the week.
Timesheets (and invoices where relevant) received before 12 pm will be processed that day by overnight EFT. Those after 12pm will go in the following day’s run.
We also genuinely care for our contractors and will go out of our way to accommodate any special requests you may have.
