Salesforce Developer

This role requires a deep expertise in nCino Commercial Lending and the Salesforce platform
to support the execution of EFA’s Small Business Lending strategy.

EFA’s Small Business Lending strategy aims to drive growth by enhancing efficiency and its product offerings. A key objective is to streamline internal processes, reducing decision times to improve
customer experience.
Key Objectives
To support the 12-month small business growth plan, we require additional resources to work alongside
and under the direction of our internal IT team. The focus will be on enhancing the customer application
experience and automating decision-making to reduce processing times. Specifically, we are seeking to
engage:

• A Salesforce Developer (Full-time, 9 months)
  o Location: Sydney-based, required to work on-site at 22 Pitt Street, Sydney three days
  per week.

Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive expertise in nCino Commercial Lending and the Salesforce platform.
• Proficiency with Salesforce development tools, including Flow Builder and Lightning App
  Builder.
• Strong DevOps knowledge, including CI/CD, version control, and configuration management.
• Proven ability to create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong problem-solving abilities, initiative, and diligence.
• Prior experience in Financial Services.

EFA will evaluate the tender submissions by having regard to the following criteria:

1. Value for Money

• Proposals will be assessed on overall cost-effectiveness, ensuring that the pricing aligns with the expertise and experience of the candidates presented along with the organisation itself.

2. Candidate nCino Experience

• Candidates must have a demonstrated expertise in nCino Commercial Lending, specifically successful implementations and optimisation of nCino on the Salesforce platform. Certifications and case studies related to applying nCino best practices will be highly regarded. Candidates will also be assessed on their technical proficiency in DevOps practices (CI/CD).

3. Organisational nCino Expertise

• Tenderers are expected to have a dedicated nCino practice or Centre of Excellence, that allows engaged individuals to access product experts for troubleshooting and best practice guidance.

4. Collaboration with EFA’s internal IT Team

• Tenderers must demonstrate their ability to work with, and follow the processes of, EFA’s internal IT teams within financial services organisations.
